Application Owner

Your role
  • Customize, support, test and ensure stable operation of business application
  • Implement workflows based on business requirements
  • Analyze and correct application errors with supplier and internal Sysadmin team
  • Data maintenance and recurring reporting
  • Drive business application changes within the company
The ideal candidate
  • Experience as Application Owner for helpdesk, ticketing or similar (Zendesk, Jira ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Dynamics etc.)
  • Experience in working with collaboration tools (Teams, Lync, Confluence) and ticketing systems (Jira)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Strong team skills in working in virtual teams
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and commitment
  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level
